Cancellation Policy

We have a strict cancellation policy. We ask that you give at least 24 hours to change or cancel your appointment time. A cancellation fee of the normal full service fee will apply if canceled less than 24 hours.

Appointment Changes

Rescheduling appointments & classes require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the consultation will be based on our discretion and may incur 50% of the fee. Failure to attend will result in a booking forfeit of 100% of the fee.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds or guarantees for services that have been provided to you, unless required by Australian law. If you have any feedback relating to the satisfaction of the service you have received, please contact us to provide your feedback. Refunds can be provided based on our discretion for services not yet preformed and are well outside of the 24 hour cancellation period.

Pricing

You agree to pay the full fee upfront for the service that you have booked. All prices for services are in Australian Dollars. Pricing to services may be altered at any time but there will be at least 72 hours notice of any price change. You understand that supplements and any external testing methods are not included in the service pricing and will require additional payment.
