Cacao Bites
INGREDIENTS:
- 2.5 c rice puffs 
- 1/2 c desiccated coconut 
- 1/2 c maple syrup 
- 3 tbs peanut butter (or almond butter) 
- 3 tbs coconut oil 
- 1/4 c cacao nibs 
- 1/4 c cacao 
- 1/4 c cranberries (or sultanas/gojis) 
Optional Extras:
- 2 tbs hemps seeds 
- 2 tbs LSA 
METHOD:
- Combine all the dry ingredients into. mixing bowl and combine well. 
- In a second bowl add the coconut oil an peanut butter and either transfer to the microwave or stovetop for 10-15 secs to melt. Add in the maple syrup and consistently stir until you reach a smooth consistency. 
- Combine the wet and the dry ingredients together and mix. 
- Pour the mixture into a lined square cake dish and using a spoon push down firmly securing a tight slab. 
- Place in the freezer to set for 30 minutes. 
- Remove, cut and store in the refridgerator.
